Hödl Hof Rowanberry Spirit 38% ABV 1 l – a fine brandy that captures the rare and aromatic rowanberry in its purest form. Produced at the historic Hödl Hof distillery, this spirit combines centuries-old distilling expertise with the highest quality and artisanal perfection. Nestled amongst orchards and vineyards, the distillery ensures a particularly gentle and precise distillation process through the use of a 300-litre rough distillation still and a 200-litre fine distillation still, both made of pure copper.

The rowanberries used for this exceptional spirit come from the Hödl Hof’s own orchards. To allow the fruit to fully develop its intense aroma, it must reach full ripeness and survive the first frost. Following temperature-controlled fermentation, double distillation takes place in accordance with the ancient Styrian tradition. Only the high-proof ‘heart’ of the distillate is carefully extracted and matured to perfection in glass, wood or stainless steel. The result is a unique fine brandy that combines the characteristic notes of rowan berries with subtle hints of marzipan.
