Since 1880, the Kaloyiannis family distillery has been producing its famous ouzo, which has become a symbol of Greek tradition and craftsmanship over the generations. Ouzo is produced by distilling pure alcohol with aniseed and various herbs such as fennel, coriander and mastic, which give it its distinctive flavour.

Ouzo Plomari is one of Greece’s best-known and most popular ouzos, prized for its quality and distinctive flavour. Produced in the idyllic region of Plomari on the island of Lesbos, this ouzo is distilled according to a secret family recipe that is over 100 years old. Only the finest ingredients are used: aniseed from Lisvori, fennel from Evia, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and other selected herbs lend it its delicate aroma.
