Hierbas Túnel de Mallorca Mezcladas Medium Dry 30% vol. 0.7 l is a traditional herbal liqueur from the island of Mallorca, which has been produced with great care for generations. It is produced by the renowned Antonio Nadal distillery, which was founded as early as 1898 and is now one of the best-known producers of Mallorcan liqueurs. The name ‘Hierbas’ translates as ‘herbs’ and refers to the aromatic diversity that characterises this liqueur.
Over 30 different Mediterranean herbs and plants are used in the Hierbas Túnel Mezcladas Medium Dry, including aniseed, rosemary, thyme, and orange and lemon peel. The ingredients are macerated in alcohol, giving the liqueur its distinctive, balanced flavour that combines sweetness with herbal notes. The “Mezcladas Medium Dry” variant is the middle option within the Túnel range and offers a harmonious balance between the sweetness of the Hierbas Dulces and the drier, spicier notes of the Hierbas Secas. With an alcohol content of 30% vol., it is aromatic, full-bodied and well-balanced.
