Amaro Nonino Quintessentia Di Erbe Liquore 35% vol. 0.7 l + GB is a traditional Italian amaro based on Antonio Nonino’s historic recipes, reflecting the Nonino family’s decades of experience in the art of distillation. This elegant herbal liqueur from Italy combines a carefully balanced blend of herbs, spices, fruits, berries and roots with the characteristic ‘ÙE’ grape brandy, which has been previously aged in barriques. The result is a premium Amaro liqueur that impresses with its balance, depth and aromatic complexity.


It is produced with the utmost artisanal precision. Distillation is carried out discontinuously in exclusive copper steam stills, with the heads and tails carefully separated to obtain a particularly pure distillate. The Nonino Quintessentia is then enhanced with the ÙE® grape brandy, which has been aged for over 12 months in Limousin and Nevers oak barriques as well as in small ex-sherry casks. This combination lends the Italian herbal liqueur exceptional depth and an elegant structure.
