This elegant herbal liqueur from Italy combines a carefully balanced composition of herbs, spices, fruits, berries and roots with the characteristic ÙE grape spirit, which has previously matured in barriques. It is produced with the utmost precision and craftsmanship. Distillation is carried out discontinuously in exclusive copper steam stills, with the pre-distillation and post-distillation being carefully separated in order to obtain a particularly pure distillate. The Amaro Nonino Quintessentia is then refined with the ÙE® grape spirit, which is matured for over 12 months in Limousin and Nevers oak barriques and in small former sherry casks.
