Depaz Rhum Vieux Agricole Plantation is a first-class AOC Martinique Rhum Agricole, distilled exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice. With an alcohol content of 45% vol. and having been matured for several years in carefully selected oak casks, this fine spirit develops a fascinating bouquet and depth.

Its colour shimmers in a warm gold with coppery highlights, emphasising its long ageing process. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, vanilla and toasted wood unfold, accompanied by dark chocolate and spices. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity and slightly smoky nuances. The long, elegant finish makes this rum ideal for enjoying neat or as the base for sophisticated cocktails such as a Rum Old Fashioned.
