Xenta Absenta is an intense, traditional absinthe made from a combination of classic herbs and characterised by its high alcohol content of 70% by volume. The recipe is based on wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), green aniseed and fennel, supplemented by other aromatic herbs that combine to create a clear, powerful flavour profile. Xenta Absenta is produced using traditional methods in which the herbs are first macerated and then distilled. The characteristic green colour is created through the use of natural plant extracts and is a typical feature of high-quality absinthe.
