Ramazzotti Amaro is a classic Italian herbal liqueur with over 200 years of tradition. The recipe was developed by Ausano Ramazzotti in Milan in 1815 and has remained unchanged to this day. Made from a harmonious blend of 33 exquisite herbs, roots and spices, this amaro combines the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and slightly bitter flavours.
The fine citrus notes of orange and the gentle sweetness of star anise and liquorice are particularly characteristic of Ramazzotti, rounded off by the herbal and slightly bitter nuances. With an alcohol content of 30% by volume, it has a pleasant intensity that makes it versatile - whether enjoyed neat, on ice or as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
