The blend combines 55 per cent Pinot Noir – of which 18–19 per cent is vinified as red wine – with 45 per cent Chardonnay. The cuvée is complemented by 20–25 per cent reserve wines from the two preceding vintages, which ensure additional complexity and continuity. The harmonious blend of the Chardonnay’s freshness and elegance with the structure and character of the Pinot Noir gives Ruinart Rosé Brut its distinctive personality.
