Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin, 40 % ABV, in a 0.7-litre bottle, is an outstanding premium gin from north-western Spain, which stands out clearly from classic gins thanks to its exceptional provenance, production method and aroma. Produced in Galicia, a region with a strong Atlantic influence, Nordés pays homage to the natural environment, climate and culinary diversity of this area. Even the base spirit is unusual: instead of grain spirit, Nordés uses brandy made from the indigenous Albariño grape – a fine white variety renowned for its freshness and fruity elegance.

In addition to juniper, a total of eleven botanicals are used, many of which are sourced from the region. These include lemon verbena, hibiscus, sage, eucalyptus, mint, sea fennel and other aromatic herbs, which lend the gin its floral and slightly maritime character. The careful maceration and distillation are carried out slowly and gently to bring out the delicate aromas of the botanicals to their fullest.
