Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is an exceptional premium gin from Galicia, in north-western Spain. It is regarded as one of the first Atlantic-inspired gins and stands out clearly from classic London Dry gins – both in terms of its origin and its aromatic profile. The base is not conventional neutral spirit, but a distillate made from Galician Albariño wine, which gives Nordés Gin an unmistakable, fruity note.

Nordés Gin is produced in small batches, using native and wild botanicals from the region. These include, amongst others, eucalyptus, lemon verbena, bay leaf, sage, mint, hibiscus and sea fennel – plants that perfectly capture the fresh character of the Atlantic coast. A total of 11 botanicals create a complex bouquet characterised by maritime freshness, floral lightness and spicy depth. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., the gin is mild yet distinctive – ideal for connoisseurs wishing to discover new worlds of flavour.
