Hödl Hof Original RASPBERRY Spirit 38% ABV 10 l is a high-quality, aromatic raspberry spirit produced at the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria. Situated amongst orchards and vineyards in this idyllic region, this distillery has been synonymous with excellent spirits for generations. The spirit is produced using state-of-the-art methods and traditional techniques, which guarantee high quality. The raspberry spirit is refined using a 300-litre ‘Raubrand’ still and a 200-litre ‘Feinbrand’ still, both made of pure copper, to perfectly extract its characteristic flavours.

The fruit used for this spirit comes from the orchards of the Hödl Hof Distillery, as well as from the Stelzer family in Stubenberg am See. Only the ripest and most aromatic raspberries are hand-picked and taken fresh to the distillery immediately to preserve their full flavour. The raspberries are macerated in neutral wheat alcohol before undergoing a gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation. Fermentation is followed by a double distillation, during which only the high-proof ‘heart’ of the distillate is extracted. This raspberry spirit is then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel to refine the flavours.
