Hödl Hof Original RASPBERRY Spirit 38% Vol. is a fine raspberry spirit from the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria, nestled amongst orchards and vineyards. The distillery is renowned for its long-standing tradition of producing high-quality brandies and spirits. With an alcohol content of 38% vol., this raspberry spirit offers a robust yet balanced fruitiness that comes into its own both neat and in cocktails.

The raspberries used for this spirit come from the Stelzer family in Stubenberg am See and are harvested by hand with great care. Only the ripest and most aromatic berries are selected and taken to Hödl Hof immediately after harvesting. There, they are immediately macerated in neutral wheat spirit and then processed through a meticulous, temperature-controlled fermentation process. Double distillation, during which only the high-proof ‘heart’ of the distillate is extracted, gives the spirit its clear, intense aromas.

The raspberry spirit is then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel, resulting in a smooth and aromatic final product that perfectly reflects the pure flavours of the raspberries.
