Poli Grappa Sarpa Oro di Poli is an exceptional, cask-aged grappa from Italy, produced at the renowned Poli distillery in Schiavon, Veneto. Since its foundation in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, the distillery has been synonymous with artisanal perfection and the traditional art of distilling. Today, the family business is run by Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli, who carry on their ancestor’s legacy with great passion.

This fine grappa is produced from the pomace of the fine Merlot and Cabernet grapes, which are renowned for their fruity and spicy aromas. Distillation takes place according to time-honoured artisanal traditions in copper stills, resulting in a particularly pure and smooth spirit. Maturation takes place in 225-litre French oak casks, which lend the Sarpa Oro an unmistakable depth and elegance. The barrel ageing imparts subtle notes of vanilla, spices and dried fruit, which blend harmoniously with the distillate’s natural fruitiness.
