The Balvenie 12 Years Old Double Wood 40% ABV 0.05 l is the miniature edition of one of the best-known single malt Scotch whiskies from the renowned Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. Since 1892, the distillery has been synonymous with traditional craftsmanship, its own malting floors and whisky production characterised by the utmost care. With the Double Wood, Balvenie has created a bottling that acquires a particularly complex character through maturation in two different types of cask.


The whisky was initially matured for many years in classic ex-bourbon casks made from American oak, which impart notes of vanilla and honey.
