The delivered pallet with goods is damaged. What do I need to do?
Please photograph the damage as evidence and note it directly on the freight forwarder's delivery receipt, which must be signed by the deliverer.
Simply forward a copy of the signed delivery receipt with the damage noted, evidence photos, and information on the affected products and their quantity to our sales representative via email.
We will then find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your delivery is damaged or if the wrong item has been delivered. To do so, please email us a brief description specifying the product in question and the extent of the damage, along with – if possible – photos of the box, the shipping label and the damaged item. A link to the tracking information would also be helpful. Once we have checked your details, we will find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.

Please inform our Sales team about the incorrectly delivered product.
In coordination with you and after a thorough review of the data, we will find a suitable solution to rectify the incorrect delivery. This could be through an exchange or a differential compensation if you wish to keep the goods.

Please inform our sales team about the over- or undersupply.
In consultation with you and after a thorough review of the data, we will find a suitable measure to correct the incorrect delivery. This could be through a subsequent delivery or by means of a balance payment, should you wish to keep the goods.
