Especially for vintage or cask strength bottlings, we provide you with all relevant product information to the best of our ability. However, since we often source products in larger quantities, it is not always possible to deliver the exact bottle shown in the product photo with an identical bottle or cask number. You are welcome to communicate any special requests or notes to us in the notes field during the ordering process.

Starting January 1, 2025, a deposit will be levied in Austria on plastic or metal containers with a filling volume of 0.1 to 3 liters. This regulation applies to beverage packaging made of plastic or metal that falls within this size range.

In Austria, the deposit for plastic and metal containers with a capacity of 0.1 to 3 liters is 25 cents per bottle or can. This amount is charged in addition to the product price at the time of purchase and is refunded upon return of the container.

- Composite beverage cartons (e.g. Tetra Pak)
- Beverage bottles made of glass or metal with plastic caps or lids
- Syrups, as these are not intended for immediate consumption

The prices for products subject to the deposit scheme are initially displayed without the deposit. The deposit amount is automatically added at checkout, similar to shipping costs. The deposit amount will be shown separately on your invoice.

After consuming the beverage, you can reclaim your deposit. However, we do not cover the costs of returning the deposit. You can either return the deposit to us on-site, send it back to us at your own expense, or return it at another retail outlet that accepts deposits.

Certainly. You have the option to return the deposit to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the return is correctly packaged and sufficiently stamped. If you prefer to return the deposit on-site, or at another sales outlet that offers deposit returns, you can also do so.
