After your registration, we will check whether you meet the basic requirements for the wholesale area based on the data you provided.
Activation will take place no later than the next business day.
Should we not be entirely sure whether you trade in spirits and beverages of all kinds, we will contact you via our customer service.

For orders from the remaining European countries (excluding Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), we will contact you to inform you of the exact shipping costs or to arrange for goods pickup.
Partner Warehouses:
We collaborate with many well-known warehouses. If you are also registered with them and do not wish to organize the pickup from us yourself, we are happy to offer you the transport of your ordered goods to one of these warehouses.

Shipping is only carried out within the framework of EMCS (with electronic excise duty document).

The duration depends heavily on the availability of the products and the scope of the order. After receipt of payment, we usually need 1 to 2 working days to complete the picking process.
