Activation will take place no later than the next business day.

Please note that payment in advance is mandatory and your order will only be processed after payment has been received.

What do I need to know about transportation?
For our German customers, we offer free delivery for orders over €2,500. For orders below this threshold, we charge a flat fee of €85 per delivery.
For orders to your own bonded warehouse, a flat fee of €85 per pallet will be charged.

The duration depends heavily on the availability of the products and the scope of the order. After receipt of payment, we usually need 1 to 2 working days to complete the picking process.
